Welcome to PGA Tour Golf Shootout

It is a game available on Android and iPhone or an emulator. Clubs are based on cards that you can upgrade by spending fake silver coins. These coins are generated by converting gold, playing holes against other players or opening card packs. In-app purchases help increase silver coins faster to upgrade clubs to a maximum of level 12.

Clubs have special abilities that can improve it’s own power, spin and accuracy or it can improve other clubs. By arranging selected clubs in a particular order you can change the way you play holes.

There is also a player level that you can increase by upgrading clubs. As you level up your player you open the ability to get more advanced clubs.

Clubhouses open up after you reach level 3. You can randomly select a clubhouse or enter it’s unique 5 digit code to select a particular clubhouse.

Although not mandatory, joining a clubhouse allows you to receive tips from others for bag setups to increase your skill.

There are four modes of play available to you. Play against others from other clubhouses, solo, duels within your own clubhouse and tournaments.

Fed Ex Cup

Fed Ex Cup Explanation
The Fed Ex Cup is made up of Fed Ex Ranks and Points. Points are rewarded during “Play Mode”. Every win you get per hole gains you approx 20 to 35 Fed Ex points depending on the difficulty of the player you are up against. If you lose the hole you lose between the some amount of points. If you both tie there are no points given to you. As you gain more points, you move up the Fed Ex Rank. There is a maximum of 50 ranks. This rank is shown on the main screen (green background part). After you get to the maximum rank of level 50 your Fed Ex points keep calculating higher and higher as you win more games in “Play Mode”(no limit). When you start getting around 50,000 to 80,000 Fed Ex points you could very well start to enter the top 200 players currently playing the game.
